​Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Pieper brings a grounded, blue-collar quality to his work, often gravitating toward characters with an outsider edge, emotional depth, and a strong internal drive.

Pieper was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at the age of four, an experience that has remained a significant part of his life and perspective. Having managed the condition from an early age has informed both his personal outlook and his interest in work that feels grounded in real human experience.

 

With work spanning film and television, Pieper continues to build a body of work centered on character-driven stories and layered roles. His focus is on projects that allow him to explore complex characters while continuing to establish himself across both studio and independent productions.
